The Halifax Chamber of Commerce works hard to provide our members with resources, information, and value. We regularly offer FREE or AFFORDABLE in-person and online training programs to help grow your business. These programs are in partnership with the Department of Labour, Skills, and Immigration.
- Once training opportunities are secured by the Halifax Chamber of Commerce, you will receive an email prior to a general announcement, registration for the training is required and this list is only for information purposes.
- By registering for this list you are not guaranteed a spot in training opportunities and we do not have the ability to transfer registration from this list to upcoming training opportunities.
These training sessions are in high demand with our members. Please only register for a program if you are 100% committed to fully participating in the training. Training sessions vary, please learn about the opportunity and the requirements prior to registeration.
1-Day Workshops (WIPSI)
- Preference will be given to members. Future members interested in joining the Halifax Chamber of Commerce, please contact Kerry Tench at: kerry@halifaxchamber.com
- Each session is limited to approx. 30 spaces – if the session is full, please add yourself to the waitlist, you will be contacted if a spot opens.
- Full day courses will be at a low cost of $89.99 and half day courses are $49.99.*
10-Week Programs (WEI)
- Preference will be given to members. Future members interested in joining the Halifax Chamber of Commerce, please contact Kerry Tench at: kerry@halifaxchamber.com
- There are only 12 spaces available per session – if the session is full, please add yourself to the waitlist, you will be contacted only if a spot opens.
- We are limiting training to 1 employee representative per membership to allow more members the opportunity to participate.
