The subject matter of the presentation is to help recognize and discuss how to deal with the impact of divorce on the workplace concerning:

1. The physiological and psychological effects of poor mental health of the person and their coworkers, brought on by divorce. 

2. Decreased Productivity: Employees may have difficulty concentrating on work, meeting deadlines, or completing tasks efficiently, all of which is problematic for the employee and employer alike.

3. Increased Problems of Presenteeism: where employees are physically present but not fully functioning due to distractions from personal situations. This not only affects work performance but safety risks as well.

4. Negative Attitude: Going through a divorce can cause negative emotions that spill over into the workplace, leading to conflicts or decreased morale among coworkers.

5. Supportive Measures by Employers: How employers can support employees going through a divorce.
