Barteaux Labour and Employment Lawyers Inc. is a boutique law firm specializing in labour, employment, and immigration law. We are known for achieving successful outcomes in negotiated settlements, arbitration, litigation and collective bargaining and developing innovative strategies for bringing international talent to Canada quickly.

Founded in 2015, Immigration law was added as a core practice area in 2021. We represent private-sector and public-sector employers across a diverse range of sectors including education, fishing, construction, technology, transportation, natural resources, entertainment, and not-for-profit. We focus on providing strategic and timely advice and solutions to our clients for their workplace legal needs so they can focus on running their businesses.
