Hospice Halifax is a community of compassion and care dedicated to providing the very best end of life possible for patients and their families. With a 10-bed hospice resident in Halifax, bereavement groups, and one-on-one grief counseling, Hospice Halifax is beginning to transform the way Nova Scotians experience end-of-life.
