About Us

MDR Strategy Group is a nationally recognized industry leader in organizational leadership, governance and design, strategic communications, public engagement and ethical AI strategy, serving non-profit organizations and the professional and occupational regulation sector.

Since 2017, we have worked with dozens of non-profit organizations across Canada and the world to build and execute credible strategies to strengthen their governance and regulatory roles, and support meaningful, measurable change in the public interest. Our work is guided by a people-first philosophy and a commitment to equity, sustainability, and meaningful impact.

Our team includes former employees and experts in non-profit leadership, senior policy and engagement professionals, and seasoned organizational leadership strategists who have worked inside and alongside non-profits and deeply understand the pressures and expectations facing the sector. MDR is regularly engaged by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, contributing to high-level convenings in Switzerland, and participating in international sessions including in Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Serbia, and USA.
