MO GATO is Mauritian food business founded in 2022 by a couple from Mauritius Island, driven by a deep love and passion for food and inspired to share their culture and origin to the world. Our goal is to connect with people through the rich diversity of Mauritian cuisine, offering a variety of traditional dishes, desserts, and baked goods.
We take pride in using cherished family recipes, but with a unique MO GATO twist!
All our recipes are infused with our creativity and culinary expertise, we’ve created a brand that stands out while staying true to its roots.
Our specialty is our beloved Napolitaine shortbread cookies, which became a sensation amongst our customers—thanks to our exclusive signature flavors we’ve created and introduced, setting them apart from the traditional version everyone knows and their vibrant colours and unique toppings.

We are also known for our delicious Lamington cakes that we are always freshly baked and dipped in our homemade Berry sauces!
