(SFI) is a Nova Scotia-based company which helps teams understand the current state of diversity, equity, and inclusion in their organization, what needs their attention, and the related solutions – Composed of a team of experienced multi-racial, multicultural, and multi-faith diversity, equity, and inclusion practitioners, we help organizations feel confident and ready to move the needle on DEI (without the stress of always having to be perfect at it).
