Founded in 1908, The Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division (CMHA NS) provides provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to promote mental wellness, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Nova Scotians to flourish and thrive. All money raised for and donated to CMHA NS stays in the province in support of mental health programs and services for Nova Scotians.
