Corrigan HR Consulting Inc. is a boutique human resources firm serving organizations across Atlantic Canada and beyond. With offices in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, we specialize in helping employers navigate complex people challenges through independent workplace investigations, culture and climate assessments, mediation, policy development, conflict resolution, and strategic HR advisory services.

Founded by Devan J. Corrigan, an HR leader with over 20 years of experience in labour relations and internal investigations, Corrigan HR brings a balanced, evidence-based approach to sensitive workplace issues. Our team includes experienced HR professionals who provide practical support for day-to-day people management as well as complex workplace matters.

We provide a full suite of services, including fractional HR support for organizations without internal HR teams, leadership coaching, policy development, compensation guidance, and respectful-workplace and leadership training. We also offer certificate programs in workplace investigations and workplace assessments to help employers build internal capability.
