Dan Merzetti is President & Co-Founder of IDA, Intelligent Digital Agents. IDA builds fully managed AI Digital Agents that help businesses reduce labor costs, boost productivity, automate complex workflows, improve customer experience and make smarter, faster decisions. We’re developing solutions for Healthcare, Automotive, and Contact Centre operations, with more industries on the way. Our goal is simple: Make advanced AI accessible, affordable, secure and practical for real organizations — without the complexity, steep learning curve, or high barrier to entry. Dan was formally Founder & President of DSM Telecom, a Halifax-based phone company with telecom business solutions throughout Atlantic Canada and beyond. After leading the VoIP market since 2010, Dan sold the business in 2025.
