MC Advisory is boutique advisory firm, with experts who bring a wealth of local and global experience to help accelerate the growth and development of Atlantic Canadian organizations and communities. Business Growth & Legacy - aimed at startup, and, small to medium size enterprise leaders and entrepreneurs thinking about growth and long-term legacy. Core services include strategic planning, business growth, valuation, transaction services, operational turnaround, and succession planning.

People & Culture - in support of organizations focused on the importance of an engaged workforce that retains and attracts the right talent. Core services include HR strategy, design and development of the full suite of HR programs and services, and providing HR as a managed service.

Public & Social Sector - supporting community, government, and not-for-profit organizations in pursuit of improvement, transformation, and innovation. Core services include strategic relations, regulatory modernization and social service innovation, strategy, design, planning and implementation, policy and process optimization, and transformational change.
