Remember When HealthCare is a nurse-led, family-owned home healthcare company providing client-centered care across Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Founded in 2021, our mission is to help seniors, persons living with disabilities, and individuals recovering from illness or surgery remain safe, independent, and comfortable in the place they call home.

We understand that navigating the healthcare system can be overwhelming for families. That's why we focus on more than just care—we provide education, guidance, and practical support to help individuals and their loved ones make informed decisions about aging in place and maintaining quality of life.
